Visual Merchandising Role Overview:

This position involves developing comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that align with the company brand image and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising themes and concepts across all stores in the cluster to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify optimal display techniques for different product categories and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Maintain consistent and visually appealing product displays across all stores, including window displays, floor sets, and promotional areas.
  • Source and manage props, fixtures, and visual merchandising materials for the cluster to ensure efficient operations and high-quality visual displays.
  • Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and company standards to ensure effective execution and maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize display strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and regional visual merchandising leadership to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of color theory, layout design, and visual merchandising principles.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment, preferably with a multi-store cluster management background.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively communicate visual merchandising strategies and best practices to store staff.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize display strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines across a large cluster of stores.
