We at HOAD are looking for a Store Manager for our Anita Dongre store in DLF Emporio, New Delhi.

Job Role: The Store Manager will be responsible for handling overall store operations, supervising staff to maximize sales, maintain exceptional levels of customer service, developing & maintaining customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for entire store operations.

To design customer experience strategy that every employee should be well versed in value delivered and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

To develop, direct and measure the execution of strategic annual/long-term plans in order to meet and exceed sales and revenue commitments/goals.

Drive financial performance & aim to exceed targets.

Develop client service strategies and programs to support sales growth and provide the ultimate shopping experience for each customer.

Effectively manage store staff and all relevant people issues.

Take accountability for all operational functions, inventory & merchandise of the store.

Must be aware of the market trends and competition.

Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotions & visual merchandising plans & enhance the brand's image.

Act as a strong brand representative.

Training & motivating staff to meet the allotted targets.

Qualifications, Skills and Personal Attributes Required:8-12 years of retail management experience in a similar high-end related field (luxury / high fashion / designer apparel industry desired)Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.

Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to translate corporate objectives into store-level strategies.

Exceptional customer focus and client relationship management abilities Very strong people management skills Knowledge of retail math and cash management techniques Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English (other relevant languages are highly beneficial)Excellent organizational skills, Flexibility and solution orientation, with the ability to reprioritize tasks as necessary High levels of energy, optimism and self-motivation Ability to perform well under pressure Interested candidates can also share their application on simran.gokhale@houseofanitadongre.com with the Subject line - 'Application for Store Manager'.
