Store Operations Manager

About this Role:
This is a leadership opportunity that involves overseeing various operational aspects of store management, ensuring performance achievement and loss control. We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and optimize store goods loss rate targets in line with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Set and adjust store operation targets based on market performance goals
- Track and analyze operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and optimize store goods loss rate targets in line with loss control objectives
- Oversight of new store openings, coordinating construction, logistics and operational setup
- Responsible for operational communication between the local Indian operations team and the Chinese headquarters team to ensure implementation of tasks
- Conduct regular store visits to inspect operational standards and performance
- Ensure adherence to company management standards and operational procedures
- Assist in personnel management, training and development for store teams
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with minimum 2 years of management experience in retail operations, preferably with market expansion exposure. Key skills include passion for retail, result-driven mindset and strong execution skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as adaptability to market changes and resilience under pressure.
Working Languages:
The working languages for this role are both Chinese and English. Expatriate deployment to India is required for this position.
