Micro Entrepreneurship Program Leader

We are seeking an experienced Network Development Specialist to build and manage a robust network of experts who can provide high-quality resources to micro-entrepreneurs. Your primary objective will be to identify, onboard, and collaborate with domain experts and content developers who can address the specific needs of micro-entrepreneurs.

Key Objectives
  • To establish a comprehensive resource network for micro-entrepreneurs by onboarding domain experts and content developers.
  • To work closely with our Product and Content teams to ensure the availability of high-quality resources that catalyze business growth and job creation across various sectors.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in product/program management/Go-to-Market (GTM), focusing on capacity building and launching new products, demonstrated in both startup and large company environments.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities to cultivate micro-entrepreneurs, with the overarching goal of generating millions of jobs.
  • An expertise in developing comprehensive resource networks for micro-entrepreneurs, including small retailers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard and engage domain experts to support micro-entrepreneurs, whether on a pro bono basis or as paid consultants.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes to manage large-scale operations for micro-entrepreneurs, with a focus on capacity building, training, and help desk support.
