Lead CSR Initiatives

We seek a professional with expertise in designing and implementing strategic CSR programs to drive meaningful change in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with our core values and long-term social impact goals.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and community upliftment.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights; recommend improvements to maximize impact.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness, transparency, and governance across all initiatives.
  • Build strategic partnerships at national and global levels.
  • Promote the organization's voice in the social impact ecosystem through industry events and thought leadership platforms.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social impact roles.
  • Hold a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Skilled in project management, budgeting, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about driving systemic change and empowering underserved communities.
