Job Title: Sustainability Leader

The role of the Sustainability Leader involves developing, planning, and executing initiatives that align with the company's community development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of CSR impact communication, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely creation of assets
  • Strategy building with agencies for impact communications, incorporating feedback from communities served
  • Vendor management to ensure timely creation of assets, distilling complex information into simple messages tailored for the audience
  • Ideating for digital campaigns on a need-to basis, staying up to date with relevant research and trends in the areas of focus
  • Managing ad-hoc strategic programs, driving employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Designing and executing CSR programs, managing partnerships with impact partners to promote best practices and evidence-based implementation
  • Monitoring and evaluation of programs portfolio periodically ensuring all partners are working according to plan and delivering on milestones
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any discipline or postgraduation in any discipline
  • 5 to 10 years of total experience, with prior experience working in the CSR division of a large corporation
Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience in leading CSR/development sector communication campaigns, understanding social media mediums
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes
  • Ability to incorporate feedback from communities served, strong English communication and people skills
  • Multilingual proficiency in at least two regional languages
