Seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead revenue growth and drive performance metrics for both business and people in a region. Responsibilities include owning critical initiatives such as product launches, process improvements, and vendor relationships.

  • Contribute to business decisions through qualitative insights and in-depth analysis.
  • Understand design requisites and customer experience to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a dynamic team of city managers, designers, and other professionals.
  • Foster an ecosystem enabling successful design experiences for internal teams and customers.
  • Evaluate quality of design closure for catalogue products and home improvement services.
  • Drive KPIs like timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the city and customer within the organization, providing continuous feedback to improve services.

Skillset

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil Engineering or equivalent; MBA is an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out businesses, preferably managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to convey business requirements effectively.
  • A structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and determination to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting.
  • A deep understanding of the interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to track, train, and reward team members, as well as empathize with customers and be a trusted partner.
