About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Service Designer. The successful candidate will work closely with business, technology, and product teams to create and test new service propositions.

Key responsibilities include uncovering the competitive landscape and market fit for new propositions, owning research methodology and facilitation with users and stakeholders, demonstrated expertise with systems thinking and creating new optimised ecosystems that balances user, business, and technology priorities.

The ideal candidate will have previous working experience as a Service Designer for 6+ years, demonstrated ability to think critically, hold complexity, and think across many layers of an organisation or service.

The role involves working closely with emerging technology and technical teams to push innovation, interfacing with and getting buy-in with senior stakeholders.
