Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Client Partners to join our organization, specializing in premium wedding services.

As a Client Partner, you will establish relationships with potential clients, promote high Average Selling Price (ASP) wedding services, and meet/exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Promote premium wedding services in a compelling manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations working with expert wedding planners based on client requirements and budget considerations.
  • Close sales and secure bookings against a pre-decided token amount.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective sales pitches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A flair for sales.
  • The ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Fresher or 0-1 Year of experience with a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexible working hours with regular breaks
