
Senior Business Development Strategist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by crafting compelling proposals that showcase our creativity and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to secure high-value contracts, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and inform proposal strategies.
- Design winning proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition and creative capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Implement AI tools in research tasks and day-to-day activities.
- Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets.
- Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards.
- Track performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- 8+ years in proposal writing, business development, or a related field within creative agencies or marketing services.
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Exceptional content creation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools, automation software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Understanding of marketing channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.
