Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead and execute large-scale strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions align with business requirements.
  • Participate in technical discussions, presenting position on technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Present technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, Key Result Areas (KRAs), and processes with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status across the organization.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and manage day-to-day progress.
  • Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Act as subject matter expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing full digital transformation lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, E-commerce, IoT/embedded systems, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills.
