Job Description:

As a seasoned IT professional, you will lead and oversee post-implementation customer support activities within the banking domain. This role requires multiple project experience along with software development expertise in banks, coupled with more than 10 years of industry experience.

The Director of Enterprise Software Support - Banking leads application support, manages services, and cloud support teams, providing guidance and support for effective project execution. They develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning services to meet expectations.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring early identification and reporting of possible product defects, collaborating with implementation teams and communicating findings for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will define and implement service delivery strategies, ensuring efficient processes and timely project completion.

Furthermore, they drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and actively seeking new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead application support, manage services, and cloud support teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure early identification and reporting of possible product defects.
  • Define and implement service delivery strategies.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, well-versed in Microsoft Tech Stack and cloud environment.
  • Experience in L3 support to enterprise clients such as banks.
  • Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) would be an advantage.
