Digital Transformation Specialist

This role is part of the Supply Chain IT Deployment team responsible for advancing digital transformation in manufacturing across MENAPAK, India, and South Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
- Lead deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with PepsiCo's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
- Ensure digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
- Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
- Act as primary point of contact for digital manufacturing programs across the region, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience in consulting or leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with results-oriented mindset and focus on execution.
