We are seeking a skilled Digital Manufacturing Expert to spearhead the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies and drive business growth through cost-out programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies for manufacturing clients, focusing on MES, IoT, and digital twins.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering cost-out programs, including Lean/TPM, yield and scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, and maintenance strategy.
  • Create business cases and benefit-tracking models, presenting to CXO/Board-level stakeholders and driving change on the shop floor through client capability building.
  • Coordinate multi-workstream programs with ecosystem partners, ensuring attention to data, cyber, and safety considerations.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams, with strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills, including analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modeling.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams, with highly developed personal and professional ethics.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, business development, and innovation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
