Key Responsibilities:

  • Anchoring a 3-year digital transformation strategy, aligning with enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Driving collaboration to establish digitalization and tooling strategies, overseeing technology initiatives and custom IT solutions delivery.
  • Establishing metrics for evaluating innovation projects' success and reporting findings to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Leading the development of future-ready IT teams, focusing on emerging technologies.

Strategic Objectives:

  • Embedding AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Leading rapid prototyping efforts and anchoring application delivery and integration initiatives.
  • Driving adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
