The position of Hostel Manager is open to oversee the daily operations and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for female students.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record attendance, tardiness, and visitor logs for resident students.
  • Document and report behavioral observations to the college administration.
  • Monitor student transportation during official holidays, liaising with parents and transport providers.
  • Oversee student shopping trips and other approved outings.
  • Address student complaints and escalate issues to the administration when necessary.
  • Provide proper healthcare support and report concerns to the administration.
  • Enforce discipline within the hostel setting.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to regulate visitor access.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are necessary for this role.
