Job Type Full-Time Salary 1 5 L to 3 L per month We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Consultant with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit PICU to join our dynamic pediatric team The consultant will be responsible for managing critically ill neonates and children leading emergency interventions and coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to critically ill newborns and children in NICU PICU Lead diagnosis treatment planning and management of pediatric emergencies Perform and oversee clinical procedures intubation ventilation etc Collaborate with neonatologists nurses and allied health professionals Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols Counsel parents and families with compassion and clarity Maintain updated patient records and participate in clinical audits Qualifications MBBS with MD DNB in Pediatrics Fellowship or experience in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care preferred Valid medical registration MCI or State Medical Council 3-8 years of relevant experience in NICU PICU settings Skills Required Strong clinical acumen in pediatric critical care Excellent decision-making in emergencies Team collaboration and leadership Compassionate patient communication Familiarity with PICU NICU equipment and protocols Benefits Competitive salary Continuing Medical Education CME support Accommodation if applicable Performance incentives Work-life balance with structured shifts CALL 6374311262 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay From 150 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
