We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior OTC Collections Specialist in Chennai, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring timely collections.

To excel in this position, you should have exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk.

You will coordinate with billing, sales, and customer service teams to resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans with customers within defined limits.

Additionally, you will monitor credit limits, flag high-risk accounts for review, and prepare weekly collection status reports and dashboards.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who can lead root cause analysis for recurring payment delays or disputes.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts, supporting their development, and collaborating with credit control and legal teams for risk mitigation.

A key performance indicator for this role is driving reduction in DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and bad debt.
