Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate OTC Collections specialist.

This position involves managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collections for our organization. With 2-3 years of experience, the successful candidate will analyze aging reports to prioritize collection efforts and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes.

  • Analyzing aging reports to identify high-priority collection opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely collections
  • Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and collection activities

Key Qualifications:
