OTC Collections Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill key positions in our organization as OTC Collections Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk.
  • Coordinate with billing, sales, and customer service to resolve disputes.
  • Negotiate payment plans and manage delinquent accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce write-offs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM software is an asset.
