Compensation Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Compensation Analyst. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Compensation Team with administrative tasks, including updating market reference points (MRPs) and maintaining global employee job and compensation-related data in MarketPay and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities include leveraging Visier and Excel to perform recurring and ad-hoc HR data audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our HRIS Team to identify and test system and process enhancements that improve efficiency, such as event derivation and quarterly compensation forms.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will partner with HRBPs and HR Operations to create MRPs and process employee compensation changes in SuccessFactors. This includes submitting monthly recurring and non-recurring payments by creating import files for data accuracy and process effectiveness.

Adaptability is essential in this role, as you will be expected to complete cyclical and special projects assigned by our Compensation Directors, including submitting survey data, building pay models, and synthesizing and analyzing data for annual merit guidelines and budget and MRP review.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are necessary, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations is also required. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
