Job Title: Program Development Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Program Development Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and career development to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs organized by our organization to cater to the needs of schools and students.
  • Take charge of enrollment, execution, branding, and monitoring of our programs at schools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to set up our laboratory at schools and ensure its smooth functioning.
  • Facilitate and support PLC in Vocational guidance counselling program implementation by designing personalized career pathways for students based on their interests, skills, and abilities.
  • Assist and support students throughout the admission process in domestic and international universities, including profile building, letters of recommendation, transcripts, and statement of purpose.
  • Organize and facilitate VIBGYOR Internship Programme, University visits, and summer exchange programs rolled out by our organization.
  • Implement our Event Calendar and Career Day provided by us at schools.
  • Ideate and execute Campus to Corporate Program for senior secondary school students and implement college board examination for senior secondary school students.
  • Maintain active engagement with schools, parents, and students.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduation in Any Stream.
  • Diploma in Career Counseling.
  • Minimum two years of experience in study abroad career counseling and guidance.

  • Upgraded with the study abroad and domestic university offerings.
