Process Development Specialist

The role of a Process Development Specialist is pivotal in enhancing the performance and productivity of our team members. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering customized training programs that cater to new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation.

  • New Hire Training: Develop and implement training programs designed to equip new hires with the necessary knowledge and skills required for their roles.
  • Performance Enhancement: Conduct regular coaching sessions to help team members improve their performance and address skill gaps effectively.
  • Client Communication: Establish effective communication channels with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Employee Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and recognition to team members for their achievements, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in the BPO industry or a related field (call center environment).
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of handling NHT calls, OJT methodologies, sales training principles, and product training techniques.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in TNI analysis; ability to analyze business needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Training Expertise: Excellent soft skills training expertise; ability to design engaging training programs.
