Job Overview
  • Role: Program Manager

The Program Leadership Specialist will enable and manage oversight of all Line of Business (LoB) programs and initiatives. They will drive a combination of strategic and operational programs that are necessary for LoB growth and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Governance:
    1. Develop, implement, and maintain program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
    2. Establish and manage reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking
    3. Facilitate program governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items
    4. Manage and maintain program documentation repositories
  2. Dashboards and Reporting:
    1. Design, develop, and maintain LoB dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
    2. Collaborate with LoB and cross-functional leads/stakeholders to identify reporting needs
    3. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to program leadership and stakeholders on LoB performance and initiatives
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    1. Manage program-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
    2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for program team members
    3. Process invoices, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting as needed

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a position managing cross-functional teams. They should have systems orientation, problem-solving skills, and strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools.

They will also have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Proficiency in Office productivity tools, project management software, and digital journey mapping is required.

Must have a Management graduate or postgraduate degree and Program Management certification. Key Performance Indicators include On-Time Delivery Rate, Stakeholder Satisfaction, and Value Delivered.
