Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures: Conduct market surveys, analyze data, and recommend adjustments to salary ranges to ensure equity and fairness.">
  • Administer employee benefits programs: Communicate benefits offerings clearly to employees, assist with enrolment, changes, and claims processes, and help address their queries.">
  • Ensure compliance: Verify that compensation and benefits practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;">
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS));">
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits;">
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data;">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;">
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;">
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.">
