Regional Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Understand business objectives for the Region and develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with these objectives.
  • Marketing Operations: Drive execution of BTL marketing activities, including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions, and other visibility initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure maintenance and updation of detailed documentation and MIS reports on all media related activities.

Requirements-Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver against multiple priorities
  • Proven experience in events organization and execution
  • End-to-end program management experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Requirements-Education & work experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing and business development

Additional Requirements:

Solid background in direct response/acquisition marketingKnowledge of Internet marketing and content management systemsSolid understanding of sales and marketing functions
