Senior Creative Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Creative Strategist to spearhead our team's creative initiatives.

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for various brands across multiple industries, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to create novel ideas and showcase them in pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for any campaign or narration of a script on any brand.
  • Maintain high standards for creative work and explore opportunities for recognition through industry awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on daily tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts generated by your team.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation and finesse with client goals.
  • Present key aspects of the production process, from idea to final product upload, whether for an event, shoot, post, or creative articulation.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.
