Job Description:

As a Senior Property Manager, your role will encompass various responsibilities to ensure seamless site operations and maintenance. Your primary objective is to lead and support the site team in addressing challenges and achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guiding and grooming site staff to develop their skills and address site-specific challenges.
  2. Formulating budgetary controls and monitoring performance metrics for effective service delivery.
  3. Maintaining high-performance standards by managing service level agreements and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  4. Ensuring timely renewal of agreements, submission of invoices, and follow-ups for payments.
  5. Overseeing vendor quotations and invoices to ensure accurate billing information.
  6. Facilitating attendance sign-offs and cost sheet submissions to ensure efficient operations.
  7. Submitting client-approved cost sheets to the JLL office and following up on invoices.
  8. Conducting daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of facilities and services.
  9. Coordinating facility operations and maintaining robust teamwork among staff.
  10. Assisting clients in creating annual budgets for site operations and formulating strategic plans for effective management.
  11. Reviewing and updating data, emails, and client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  12. Handling occupant inquiries in verbal or written formats.
  13. Implementing complaint management processes and communicating operational complexities to occupants and authorities.
  14. Ensuring adherence to health and life safety regulations and implementing risk assessment recommendations.
  15. Crafting business continuity plans and resolving emergency maintenance issues promptly.
  16. Maintaining relationships with projects, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and statutory bodies for smooth operations and property maintenance.
  17. Generating daily management reports (DMRs) and monthly management reports (MMRs).
  18. Coordinating and maintaining as-built drawings and transition document libraries.
  19. Collaborating with regional teams and ensuring closure of required reports.
