Senior Construction Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished Construction Operations Director to oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of project management, contractor coordination, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and monitor progress from start to finish.
  • Execution and Compliance: Ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Identify potential risks, delays, or cost escalations and implement corrective measures.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Manage procurement schedules for construction materials and oversee vendor performance.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects (preferably hotels).
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, interior fit-out, and finishing works. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with luxury/premium hospitality projects.
