
Senior US Market Business Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales lead to join our US offshore team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving order booking and revenue targets for the assigned US region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business outcomes in the US market by leading large pursuits resulting in multi-year annuity business.
- Collaborate with account managers to showcase best practices and case studies, ensuring participation in RFPs and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Engage and support the sales team to generate a robust pipeline aligned with current and upcoming fiscal goals in collaboration with LOB leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall experience with at least 12+ years in the IT services industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales leadership role for the US region.
- Prior experience working extensively in the US market, including physical presence for prospecting and customer engagements.
- Must possess a valid B1/B2 visa for the USA.
