Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage the overall financial system, including budgeting, treasury, accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Oversee financial analysis and forecasting, providing high-quality financial reporting and decision-making support.

Optimize capital structure, manage cash flow and investments, and ensure the safe and efficient use of funds.

Establish and improve internal control systems to prevent and control financial risks.

Guide and coordinate the work of the finance team to enhance the efficiency and professionalism of financial operations.

Participate in major business and investment decisions, providing analysis and advice from a financial perspective.

Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends, and assess their impact on the company's financial position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Over ten years of financial management experience, including at least five years in senior management positions.

Familiarity with corporate financial systems, processes, and relevant laws and regulations.

Possess comprehensive financial expertise, strong strategic thinking, and risk management awareness.

  • Strong communication, logical thinking, and comprehensive analytical skills. Good English reading, writing and communication skills, able to handle international financial affairs.
