Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled project planner to join our team. As a project manager for a major commercial project, you will be responsible for developing and gathering all necessary data for effective project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.

  • Develop construction schedules using MS Project, and prepare other planning documents such as the Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, and Manpower Histogram.
  • Establish project cash flow requirements.
  • Plan and track resources in Excel and MS Project (men & material), and calculate manpower efficiency and equipment utilization based on actual progress and deployment.
  • Analyze the critical path of the project, monitor progress, and prepare schedule impact reports for project management. Coordinate with internal departments regarding construction activities, material, and equipment availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will be required to analyze complex project data, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
