Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, with experience in managing HR operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to a harmonious office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts by advertising jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate and accessible HR records and personal files
  • Process payroll efficiently and handle employee queries related to salary or deductions
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Conduct onboarding for new hires, familiarizing them with company policies and culture
  • Facilitate office administration, including supply orders, facility management, and support services
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, guiding staff with employee relations issues
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review and decision-making
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in human resources functions within compliance with company and legal regulations
  • Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Proficiency in payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salary disbursements
  • Expertise in maintaining thorough HR documentation, such as employee records and policy manuals
  • Proven ability to manage time and attendance systems for accurate tracking of employee work hours
  • Strong skills in office administration tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle varying HR-related tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills to interact with employees across all levels
