Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Human Resources function. As the HR Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in India.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
