Job Title: Technical Assistance center-

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Technical Assistance center-

  • This position is responsible for providing end-to-end support for telecom services, troubleshooting VoIP issues, and collaborating with global vendors and carriers.
About This Job

This job involves providing technical assistance and support for a variety of telecom services. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting VoIP issues, managing network entities, and performing proactive monitoring on telecom hardware. Additionally, they will collaborate with vendors on T1/T3 circuits and conduct head-to-head testing on transport layers.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), SIP/SS7 protocols, SBCs, NGN, and VoIP troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with telecom hardware like Dialogic, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, Cisco ONS, routers, and switches.
  • Certifications such as CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice are an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tools & applications.
