Telecom Churn Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned telecom expert to lead our analytical efforts in customer retention and lifetime value optimization.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end analytical solutions from data ingestion to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, tailored to the unique needs of telecom clients.
  • Lead technical design, guide implementation teams, and engage directly with clients to translate complex business problems into robust, scalable, and explainable analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experts who are committed to pushing the boundaries of AI research and translating it into tangible, reusable assets for the community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for analytical projects, focusing on churn modeling and customer analytics for telecom clients.
  • Design and implement production-grade enterprise-level churn modeling solutions, utilizing classical machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Explore and integrate the usage of large language models (LLMs) in predictive analytics for churn, potentially for feature engineering, anomaly detection, or understanding customer feedback.
  • Develop comprehensive customer lifetime value (CLTV) analysis frameworks to identify high-value customers and optimize retention strategies.
  • Implement model explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to provide transparent insights into model predictions.
