Candidates with local Software AI Engineer – Telecom Products

What you must have :

We are seeking a highly skilled  Software AI Engineer – Telecom Products, Software AI Engineer with hands-on experience in developing AI-powered software solutions tailored for the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering knowledge with AI/ML model development and a strong understanding of telecom use cases, such as network automation, predictive maintenance, churn prediction, and zero-touch provisioning.

Candidate will work alongside product and domain experts to build intelligent systems that drive automation and efficiency across telecom platforms, including OSS/BSS, RAN, and core networks.

 Key Responsibilities:

· Build and deploy ML models using telecom data (alarms, logs, KPIs, CDRs)

· Develop AI-powered microservices and APIs

· Integrate ML into OSS/BSS, RAN, or service assurance systems

· Collaborate with product and network teams to embed intelligence into telco workflows

Required Qualifications:

· Strong Python & ML framework experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

· Background in telecom AI use cases (fault prediction, automation, optimization)

· Experience with cloud (AWS/GCP), containers (Docker, K8s)

· Bonus: Familiarity with OSS/BSS, 3GPP, SNMP, network slicing

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:  Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Telecommunications Engineering, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science or Information Technology
