Job Role:

Senior Network Specialist

This is a key position that focuses on the reliability and performance of telecom networks.

The primary objective of this role is to maintain optimal network conditions, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruptions.

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex network issues that are beyond the capabilities of junior support teams.
  • Network Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and updates on network systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Incident Management: Effectively manage and resolve incidents, minimizing their impact on services.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or other relevant departments when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex network issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in troubleshooting and documentation.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
