Rakuten Symphony is seeking a highly skilled OSS Support Engineer to join its growing team. This role requires strong technical expertise in the Telecom domain, with a focus on providing exceptional user support and guidance.

In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our open-source telecom software and related technologies. You will work closely with various support organizations and cross-functional teams to achieve successful new product rollouts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in advance level OSS integration, containerization technologies, and big data tools is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Telecom domain, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in supporting and managing customer OSS applications and tools. A bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication or a related field is required.
