As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the vision and roadmap for an innovative insurance solution.

About the Opportunity:

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the product vision and roadmap, aligned with client needs, regulatory trends, and market dynamics. This will involve leading cross-functional teams through agile delivery methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with core insurance systems using APIs and middleware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product features and functionalities based on client requirements, market analysis, and regulatory compliance.

  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, solution architects, and sales to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting, with 5+ years in product leadership roles.
  • Experience in insurance software companies or insurer IT departments.
  • Proven track record applying CRM in the insurance industry.
  • Strong technical foundation, including .NET, Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with major CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
