Job Summary


We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our innovative insurance products, capitalizing on the advent of new electric vehicles within our ecosystem.
P&L ownership involves identifying opportunities for growth, capabilities, and partnerships to propel our business forward.
Effective execution excellence is essential to achieve our strategic vision through ownership of GTM for various product & services.
Strategic innovation across the business fosters growth, encompassing product, marketing, & operations.
Maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors ensures seamless business operations and delivery of products & services.
All regulatory requirements must be met through adherence to our organization's operational policies.

Key Requirements
+ years of managing P&L (or consulting background) in a fast-paced environment is required.
6+ years of experience in the Insurance space are necessary.
Educational Qualifications
B Tech, MBA from premier institutes are required.

Essential Skills
Strong customer orientation and ability to partner with businesses and form good working relationships.
Ability to work independently, lead teams, and contribute to cross-functional teams when needed.
Adept at thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills evolve business strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
