Senior Manager - Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Insurance Brokers to join our team as Senior Managers. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our corporate and retail client base by offering customized insurance solutions. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and negotiate effectively will be central to your success in this position.
Key Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients across sectors.
- Conduct consultative meetings with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Policy Advisory & Sales
- Research and analyze available insurance products to provide the best-fit solutions.
- Present policy options clearly, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
- Upsell additional or upgraded insurance plans to meet evolving client needs.
- Facilitate the signing of policy agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
Underwriting & Negotiation
- Liaise with underwriters to negotiate competitive pricing and optimal policy terms.
- Ensure policies offered are compliant and competitively positioned in the market.
Account Management & Claims Support
- Manage client accounts including policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments.
- Provide ongoing risk management advice tailored to client industries or individual profiles.
- Guide clients on the claims process and assist in timely resolution.
Premium Collection & Documentation
- Ensure timely collection of premiums and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage all relevant documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master's or Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Strong passion for sales with a proactive, goal-driven approach
- In-depth understanding of insurance products across various lines (life, health, motor, corporate, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, especially with underwriters and decision-makers
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to deliver customized solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, policy management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
