Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Novo Insurance Broking Services. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and consultative selling. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, explaining insurance products and services, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Present insurance solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in insurance or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
