Transformational Health Insurance Product Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Health Insurance Product Leader to drive the evolution of our policy servicing module. As a pivotal figure in shaping the product roadmap, you will bridge stakeholders and development teams, refining requirements and defining product features to deliver impactful solutions that address industry challenges.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Visionary: Develop and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business value, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collaboration Expertise: Serve as the key point of contact between local and remote teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of deliverables.
- Industry Specialist: Leverage your knowledge of health insurance and policy servicing to guide product development and ensure relevance to market needs.
- Agile Leadership: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clear guidance to the development team and proactively addressing roadblocks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with at least 3 years focused on insurtech or health or life insurance systems.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of health or life insurance products, policy servicing, and regulatory requirements.
- Skillset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
