As a seasoned leader in core health insurance systems, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive successful technology implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a leader in health insurance core systems, with at least 15 years of overall insurance experience;
- Excellent knowledge of technical architecture of core health insurance systems;
- End-to-end knowledge of health insurance business processes and deep familiarity with health insurance products and operations processes;
- Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy and drive successful implementation of technology solutions;
- Built best-in-class technology implementations from scratch, with proven business impact;
- High resilience and ability to manage teams and peers in ambiguous or failed environments;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;
- Excellent organizational, vendor management, negotiation, and prioritization skills;
