About this role: We're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of exceptional technical support services.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users across different time zones. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to user tickets and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading operating systems and applications.
- Maintaining logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
We're looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for technology and a desire to make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
