Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windows desktop support engineer to provide advanced technical assistance for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, configuration management, and deployment of Microsoft technologies.

  • Provide timely and efficient resolution to complex technical issues related to Windows desktop environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and network configurations to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Intune to enhance user experience and improve productivity.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing maintenance of Windows 11 to meet organizational requirements.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools for effective user support and communicate complex technical information to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops and mobile devices.
  • Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network settings to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills
  • Proven expertise in Windows desktop support and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ITIL framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
