Java Technical Support Specialist

About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our production systems.
- Responsibilities include resolving critical customer escalations using technical and analytical skills, collaborating with the Engineering team to develop solutions for reported problems, and participating in daily scrum meetings to update the development team on ongoing escalation statuses.
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 6 years of experience in technical product support roles, preferably in escalations teams.
- Should have experience working as an L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues and software development experience using Java technologies and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts, as well as Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
- Ability to troubleshoot and help with root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.
