Technical Support Expert

We're revolutionizing the collections industry with innovative AI-driven technology, empowering lenders, agencies, and medical providers to recover past-due balances efficiently and compliantly.

This role combines technical support and sales responsibilities. You'll be our go-to person for answering customer questions during product demos, assisting new clients with setup, and supporting customers with technical queries. Your work will span presales and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales demos to answer customer technical questions.
  • Act as a technical guide, explaining how customers can achieve their goals.
  • Support sales by designing creative solutions using various channels.
  • Assist with customer support by addressing technical product queries and guiding users through solutions.
  • Explain product features, integrations, and workflows in clear language.
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and technical setup.
  • Handle customer support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Document FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and simple technical guides.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in technical support, implementation, pre-sales, or software support.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to design creative solutions.
  • Curiosity and proactivity with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • The ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with APIs, CRMs, or integrations is a plus.
