Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical assistance for Microsoft 365 services and desktop environments.
About the Job- This role involves troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience across our organization and knowledge of Office365 admin portals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
- Providing basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Supporting desktop environments: Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripheral support.
- Assisting with user account management in Azure AD / Office 365 (password resets, license assignment, MFA setup).
- Escalating complex issues to L2 engineers while documenting troubleshooting steps.
- Maintaining accurate logs of issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Providing end-user guidance on IT policies, best practices, and security awareness.
